Tasmanain Honey Gift Pack

This gift-pack from Tasmanian Honey Company includes 3- 50g jars, one each of the following honeys: --Leatherwood Honey which is endemic to the Tasmanian Westcoast Rainforest. This honey is renowned for its piquant scent andits complex, lingering palate. --Meadow Honey which comes from the open woodlands and natural pastures of Northern Tasmania, with a mixture of clover, blackberry, thistle and many endemic species of wildflower. These scents are captured in a mild, subtle and delicate honey, with a lingering, fresh flavour that appeals to all tastes, and -- Eucalyptus Honey which comes from the Southeast of Tasmania. This honey is full-bodied, with a smooth and extensive flavour.

During processessing of this honey, only low temperature techniques are implementing, maintaining the delicate floral essences and beneficial qualities of the honey. Without the use of heat in processessing, the honey is left with an ultri-fine crystal structure, imparting a buttery and spreadable texture at room temperature. This gift-pack is great if you just want to sample a few of Tasmania's famous honeys, or to give to that special honey-lover in your life!
