Tasmanian Honey Company has developed an extraction through packaging process which realises the complete recovery of all the natural floral essences and wild vitality of leatherwood. The founder, Julian Wolfhagen, believes it is his duty to be faithful to the dynamic nature of the raw material itself, maintaining a true and natural yield. Tasmanian Honey Company situates its hives in the Southwest World Heritage area of Tasmania to gather the nectar of the Leatherwood Blossoms. The Meadow Honey comes from the open woodlands and natural pastures of Northern Tasmania, with a mixture of clover, blackberry, thistle and many endemic species of wildflower.
