Golden Pearl honey is produced by the Hazel and Hedley Hoskinson, from Woodbridge in the south of Tasmania. It is a family run business, and has been in operation over 60 years. Hedley began beekeeping as a young boy with a keen interest in all things natural. Hazel and Hedley, both in their 70s, still tend to their bees and continue producing beautiful Tasmanian honeys.
