The honey in this range is all organic certified by NASAA. Beekeepers must meet stringent criteria which are audited on an annual basis including:

- hive sites much be a minimum of 5 kms from urban areas refuse tips and sites of possible contamination,
- hives are prepared using specific materials- no oil-based paints allowed, stainless steel wire, preventing leaching of zinc from galvanized wire,
- the use of antibiotics for the treatment of American & European foulbrood is not allowed,
- Queen bees are not allowed to have their wings clipped (a form of swarm control), and
- temperatures used to process honey must not exceed 45 degrees Celsius, assuring the presence of important enzymes volatile aromas and floral essences.
